GERMAN SHEPHERD | the furious one |

      Origin: As the name suggests, the German Shepherd originated in Germany in the late 1800s. The most intelligent, responsive and obedient local shepherd dogs in Germany were bred to create what is now known as the German Shepherd. This breed was responsible for herding sheep and protecting flocks from predators.

 

 

     ∙Physical overview~ ∙HEIGHT: 60-65 cm

                                          ∙WEIGHT: 30-40 kg

                                          ∙AGE: 10-13 yrs

                                          ∙COLOR: black-brown

                                          ∙EARS: long pointed

                                          ∙TAIL: long furry

                                          ∙HAIRS: long shinny

     ∙Atmosphere favorable~  Generally these dogs are adapted to live in cold places because of their long and dense hair, they got heated very fast when they do run. In case you belong to a hot climate place though you can also adopt them by taking some extra care of them, as in maintaining cool atmosphere in your home.

     ∙Behavior~ Behavior of your dog completely depends upon how you treat them, particularly if we talk about German shepherds they are short  tempered, furious in nature  and much loyal to their owner. They are very intelligent, easy to train, learn commands very well’n’fast, their memory is very sharp.

     ∙Best caring methods~ 

1) FEEDING: 300-500 gm of dog food twice a day (for baby it will                           be just half).

2) WALK: twice a day minimum of 1.5 km.

3) PLAYING: throwing ball is best game to be played with dogs. 

4) INTERACTING: should talk with your dog , and keep                                                      reminding their name to them.

5) BATHING: once in 4-5 months.

6) VACCINATION: as per prescribed by doctor.
